Creates a pygmo algorithm from parameters

static new(type: str, pop: bool = False, **kwargs: Any) → Any[source]¶

Create a pygmo algo.

Optimizer parameters are extracted from kwargs.

Parameters:¶

type: str¶

Name of the driver type

pop: bool = False¶

Enable vectorized batch fitness evaluation

**kwargs: Any¶

Additional parameters, type dependent

Returns:¶

algorithm – The pygmo algorithm object
